Fall Prep Brings with it Opportunity

The Thanksgiving weekend in Canada often marks the official end of summer and the ramping up of winterizing prep in the industry. There is a lot going in in the marine world this fall with attendance numbers being up at IBEX, METS, Annapolis and other boat shows. As boaters themselves wind things down at this time of year, marine professionals kick it into high gear as you prepare for the coming winter. Practicing great customer service at this time of year can translate into ongoing work over the winter and increased sales and customer satisfaction all year round. Happy reading.
