Adapting to Change is Always Timely

Carla Demaria's keynote at METS 2014 gives an interesting perspective on adapting to change in order to succeed. It applies, of course, across all industry everywhere but even though we all know it in the back of our minds, in this time of rebuilding strength in all sectors of the marine business, it's a great reminder to be nudged into thinking on the subject. If you didn't attend METS2014 you won't have the benefit of hearing the keynote speech but for those who are attending the Boating Ontario Trade Show and Conference this week you will have ample opportunity to learn about adapting to change in effective ways.
Happy Reading.
