Why Best Practices?

In April, Boating Ontario is presenting a Best Practices workshop to offer you as a marine businessperson the opportunity to hone your sales technique in time for Spring 2015. "Why do I care?" you ask. It's a good question, but as a non-sales person who has attended several Boating Ontario events in the recent past, it is actually astonishing how much you can learn about the effectiveness of establishing client relationships, properly using your CMS tools to make your life easier and how to talk to prospective buyers in a meaningful way, just to name a few pearls of wisdom that I have experienced. I have no idea what Keynote Speaker, Glenn Roller, has in store for you but I can guarantee that attending this event is a must-do for anyone who is serious about making the most of the 2015 marine sales season. All that and more in this issue. Happy Reading.
