Post-Conference Reports
In this edition of News Week, we have post-conference reports from both the Boating BC conference and the Boating Ontario conferences. Boating Industry Canada staff were on hand in person at Boating Ontario and more than the fact that it was a well-run and well-attended conference, we got a great feeling from the attendees, especially marina and boat dealers.
Everyone we asked admitted that they had had a great summer in 2016 and several said they had never had such a great year business-wise.
We hope that was your 2016 experience too. It bodes well for a strong boat show season and for summer 2017. Of course, weather is unpredictable but we all seem to share a feeling that the winter may be harsh and snowy…just the thing to get consumers dreaming about summer!
Watch for the December issue of Boating Industry Canada magazine coming soon!
