MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR

Distinguish dreams from reality, but remain on the lookout

It seems that to succeed in our industry having a mentor is now a must. Mentors are always there to help and advise us, they can be reached anywhere, any time, they introduce us to important and influential people, and always put a good word for us when opportunities arise. Sound familiar? Indeed, this model sounds as much like a child-parent relationship as an intergenerational collaboration. It's better to recognize leaders and avoid disappointment based on unrealistic expectations; the same goes for new players arriving on the scene. Good reading!
