Message From The Editor
I heart my boat
As spring approaches and our boats emerge from their cocoons, it's time for us to start a new feature with input from you. Maybe we call it I heart my boat.
The idea here is for Canadians to share the passion of their fellow boaters' pride and joy. You get to present your boat in all its glory via a personal account.
The detail is really up to you. You can tell us about the boat's specs, looks, designer, bloodlines, and heritage. You can tell us where you bought or acquired it, who owned it previously (or is it brand new from this year's show?) Who goes on it- family, friends, loyal crew? Where do you harbour it? Do you race (or poker run?)? Where you head to on perfect days. What does the name mean?
The tone is yours, but since you love your boat, we're hoping the tone will be of adoration with a sprinkling of joy and admiration.
I guess we shall see. Please send 100-200 words, more or less, with the title "I heart my boat" along with some pictures to CYOnboard@kerrwil.com .
We're looking forward to meeting your boat.
