Message From The Editor
Don't make me come over there.
Let's start gently.As you know since you're currently reading it, Canadian Yachting OnBoard - CYOB - is an online publication. Our goal here is simple - to round up and deliver to you all the boating news in the country and international stories that are relevant to Canadians. We provide subscriptions to boaters for the asking with the intention of bringing the whole community into the fold.
In order to do what we do, we need you to do two things:
1. Get your boating friends and dock mates to subscribe. As you may have heard,Canadian regulations require our readers to opt in. Your connections can subscribe themselves by following this link.Please email them.
2. Be a field correspondent. We want boat info from everywhere in the country. Send tips, photos, jokes, one-design and club news, opining or anything else you want to share with CYOB.
Please do it now (before holiday madness sweeps you away) and often. There's a lot of activity already in the wind for 2018 from boat shows to Canada's Cup to new places to visit and we want you and your team involved.
