MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR

Everyone wants to earn profits, but saving, is it a good idea?

Regularly our contributors share best practices in managing your business. This week we talk about your employees' "non-productive" (non-billable) time, but non-productive doesn't have to mean unprofitable. See the difference. Read also about the importance of measuring and mitigating risks associated with arc flash. Some safety measures we can all get behind. Read as well about our industrys' young people who are organizing themselves into a dynamic force. Good reading!
