Use your time well, be careful, and listen to your employees and loved ones

We're approaching the time of year when we most want to be with our loved ones. But as we all know, this special time may also be fraught with tension. As a refresher, we've republished an article by contributor Michelle Branigan on how to foster mutual respect and consideration. From a workplace perspective, this leads to stronger relationships and can help prevent unwanted departures. During this upcoming period of revelry, many of you will receive urgent appeals to resolve problems caused by frigid temperatures, counterfeit products, or band-aid solutions that skirted electrical safety rules. Stay safe, and have a good read!
