Managing Editor, Line Goyette Under the microscope for 2016 — common challenges?

Since lighting has undergone its LED revolution, projects multiply: cities are no longer the same, works of art, museums and heritage buildings have new life, and a lack of windows no longer means cold, hard light. In short, the bulb has changed since Edison produced his first version. Lighting competitions also proliferate; many are listed in this issue and confirm, if anyone needed proof, the merger of science, art and technology. They even encourage us to play outside in the winter. Good reading and have an excellent 2016.
