Managing Editor, Line Goyette Remain in the market and survive the trends

Last week I attended a 25th anniversary celebration at EDP, a Montreal-based manufacturers agent for lighting products that collaborates on countless projects and assists architects and designers with these projects every year. In fact, they must all have been present at the event — a full house with 800 confirmed guests. What I learned from the event is the importance of adapting to new technologies that will last in an industry that constantly navigates between the past and the future. How else to value architectural gems that were not necessarily designed to be illuminated? There's an example in this issue, in which you will also learn a little more about the installation of lighting controls and different techniques and approaches that can be used. Good reading!
