As we continue to dig into the Canadian automation and Control market your poll responses provide valuable insight into the state of the industry and its recent growth. Last week we asked how many employees work at your company and thanks to our great readers we received a high number of responses. Interestingly the results show a farily even distrbution of employee size ranging from companies with less than 10 employees to those with over 500. The largest employee range was 100 to 199 with 24% of the employee size distribution. This is quite interesting as it reveals that companies in this range are well established and operate in large geographic areas or within dense metropolitan centres. Also interesting is that small companies with under 100 employees are highly present in the market, and together make up 51% of the total automation and control industry in Canada. Read More
