Thanks George

Canada's most successful and esteemed boat builder passed away last week.George Cuthbertson was without peer as one of the founders and the president of C&C Yachts, this country's most impressive boat manufacturer.

Under Cuthbertson's helm, C&C emerged from its Niagara-on-the Lake home to become a powerful Canadian force on the world sailing stage. C&C boats were respected all over the globe and continuously demonstrated design leadership, performance, and quality.

Whether you own a sail or powerboat, you know the C&C brand. Not far down the dock there are still C&Cs bringing enjoyment and adventure to their proud owners.

George Cuthbertson was much more than a boat builder; he was THE Canadian boat builder.

Rob Mazza has contributed a fine recollection of Cuthbertson flowing from his long association and affection. You can read that below.
